MENTORING
We believe deeply in sharing knowledge.
Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to learn from exceptional mentors and to invest in workshops, confrences, education, and ongoing development. The return on that investment has been tenfold, not just financially, but creatively and personally. Each lesson, critique, and conversation helped sharpen our perspective, refine our craft, and accelerate our growth in ways we couldn’t have achieved alone.
The most valuable advice we can offer to anyone starting out, or to those ready to step up their game, is this: don’t try to do it all by yourself. Seek guidance. Learn from people who have walked the path before you. Mentorship shortens the learning curve, helps you avoid costly mistakes, and gives you clarity when you’re feeling stuck or uncertain.
If you’re an aspiring wedding videographer or photographer searching for your own identity and style, we’re here for you. We offer one-to-one mentoring sessions designed to meet you where you are, covering everything from brand identity and portfolio refinement to business development, pricing, client experience, and long-term strategy.
Whether you’re looking for creative direction, honest feedback, or structured coaching to move your business forward, our goal is to help you grow with intention and confidence.
Our mentoring sessions are a safe, inclusive space for open and honest conversation. Everything shared is treated with respect and complete confidentiality. This is a place to ask questions freely, explore ideas without judgment, and receive direct, thoughtful guidance in an environment built on trust.
MORE ABOUT US AND OUR EXPERIENCE
AOIFE
Founder / Photographer / Filmmaker / Editor / Creative Director Aoife began her journey in photography in 2004, giving her a very rare, long-term perspective on an industry that has evolved. She has lived through every major shift in style, technology, and client expectation, seeing trends rise, peak, and disappear while consistently adapting and refining her own approach.
Her career spans freelance work, studio environments, and over a decade running her own successful business. This hands-on experience means Aoife understands not only the creative side of the work, but also the realities and fears around pricing, positioning, client relationships, and sustainability.
At her core, Aoife is an artist and an idea-maker. Beyond her own work, she has consulted with friends’ and family businesses across various industries, helping them clarify their brand, refine their message, and grow with intention. She has extensive experience in the wedding industry, alongside years working in fashion and commercial photography, giving her a broad, adaptable creative skill set.
Her commercial clients have included collaborations with global brands such as Samsung, WestJet and ALDO. Combined with her natural instinct for branding and marketing, Aoife brings a strategic eye to creative businesses, helping others see not just what they’re making, but how it’s perceived.
Known for her clarity, generosity, and complete honesty, Aoife is also an excellent teacher. She has a genuine ability to break down challenges, offer constructive feedback, and guide creatives toward stronger, more confident work, both artistically and commercially.
